Colts pursue Hamilton to coordinate offense
Colts Offense - TM - Indianapolis Colts
Jan. 18, 2013 - 12:25 PM ET

ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports Stanford OC/QBs coach Pep Hamilton is a "leading candidate" to replace Bruce Arians as the Colts' offensive coordinator.

Hamilton is a logical target for Indy because he worked closely with Andrew Luck in 2011, and in 2010 was Stanford's wide receivers coach. The Colts' likeliest alternative would be to stay in-house with QBs coach Clyde Christensen. Christensen called plays in the Wild Card Round, when Arians was ill. Per Mort, the Colts are interviewing Hamilton on Friday.
