New Browns VP of Player Personnel Mike Lombardi was noncommittal on the future of Brandon Weeden at Lombardi's introductory press conference Friday.
Lombardi was negatively outspoken about Weeden during the season. "I think it's gonna take some time to study him, I gotta go back through and watch practice tapes," Lombardi said. "... It's gonna take me some time to really formulate my opinions on him." Weeden, a 29-year-old second-year player, finished his rookie season with 14 touchdowns, 17 interceptions, and a 57.4 completion rate.
