Arizona 'willing to listen on staff' changes
Cardinals Offense - TM - Arizona Cardinals
Jan. 16, 2013 - 8:50 PM ET

NFL Network's Albert Breer reports the Cardinals are "more willing to listen" on potential staff changes when hiring their new head coach.

Breer is presumably speaking directly on the Cardinals' alleged insistence that any head-coaching candidate keep Ray Horton as defensive coordinator. It's not likely that it's a major hang-up in negotiations, but the job is certainly more desirable if the new guy can pick who he wants to work with on a day-to-day basis. Breer adds that Colts OC Bruce Arians "has a structured idea of what he wants." Word is that Arians wants to bring in Todd Bowles as defensive coordinator.
