Browns to interview Raheem Morris for DC
Browns Defense - TM - Cleveland Browns
Jan. 16, 2013 - 7:20 PM ET

The Browns will interview Redskins DBs coach Raheem Morris for their defensive-coordinator vacancy.

Although Morris was the Bucs' head coach from 2009-11, he actually has no experience coordinating defenses at the NFL level. He served as Kansas State's defensive coordinator in 2006. Morris' Redskins secondary was also among the most burned in the league, though it seemed due more to a lack of talent and pass rush than coaching. The Browns are also considering former Chargers DC John Pagano.
