Sox, Napoli progressing toward one-year deal

Jim Bowden of ESPN.com and SiriusXM reports that the Red Sox have been making "significant progress" toward a one-year free agent contract with Mike Napoli.
It seems that the previously-agreed-to three-year, $39 million deal has been thrown out the window. Napoli has a hip problem that sent up a red flag in the Boston front office during the slugger's pre-signing physical. He should still be a decent fantasy option throughout 2013.
