49ers rookie WR A.J. Jenkins played just seven snaps in Saturday's Divisional Round win.
Coach Jim Harbaugh said he wanted Jenkins to "step up" in the postseason, but it doesn't look like he's going to get the opportunity. Including the playoffs, San Francisco's first-round pick has played just 36 snaps since Mario Manningham was lost for the season in Week 16. The 49ers were deliberate with Jenkins from the get-go, but it's fair to wonder if they envisioned him being further along by now. Regardless, ascendant QB Colin Kaepernick makes Jenkins a strong "hold" in Dynasty leagues.
