Dickey, Pettite, Vogelsong commit to Team USA

CBS Sports' Jon Heyman reports that R.A. Dickey, Andy Pettitte and Ryan Vogelsong have committed to Team USA for the upcoming World Baseball Classic.
Heyman adds that another major pitcher or two is considering joining the team, while Craig Kimbrel, Chris Perez, Vinnie Pestano and Luke Gregerson are all expected to be added to the bullpen. The official Team USA roster will be released Thursday. According to Heyman, Troy Tulowitzki and Matt Kemp will be held out due to injury concerns.
