Tulo will play for USA if medically cleared

Troy Tulowitzki (groin) will be evaluated by the WBC committee this week, and if he's cleared to do so will play for the USA in the upcoming World Baseball Classic.
Considering his lengthy injury history, it's a very risky decision by the team to let Tulowitzki compete in the tournament. The 28-year-old superstar shortstop was limited to just 47 games during the 2012 season.
