Rolando McClain gave expletive as name
Rolando McClain - LB - Oakland Raiders
Jan. 12, 2013 - 1:45 PM ET

Raiders LB Rolando McClain was arrested for giving a false name to law enforcement Tuesday after signing a citation for overly dark window tint as "(Expletive) y'all," Decatur police said.

When a patrol supervisor asked McClain to put his real name on the ticket, McClain told the sergeant, "That is my name." McClain was released on $1,000 bail a short time afterwards, but he could have avoided the entire situation had he simply signed his real name. This bizarre event caps a season in which McClain lost his every-down duties and was suspended by the Raiders for two weeks. McClain is expected to be released this offseason. Poor decision making and questionable character will negatively impact his marketability.
