Chudzinski noncommittal on Weeden

New coach Rob Chudzinski was noncommittal at his introductory press conference Friday when asked whether Brandon Weeden would be the Browns' starting quarterback in 2013.
In fairness to Chud, he probably didn't do much Weeden-watching this past season or leading up to the 2012 draft because his Panthers didn't play the Browns, and they weren't in the market for an early-round quarterback last April. Chudzinski did describe his design as a "vertical, downfield passing game and a balanced offense." Weeden has requisite arm strength for a vertical attack.
