Cowboys expected to use Sean Lee at MLB
Sean Lee - LB - Dallas Cowboys
Jan. 11, 2013 - 2:55 PM ET

The Cowboys are expected to use Sean Lee at middle linebacker in their new 4-3 defense, with Bruce Carter on the weak side.

"He will be absolutely great," ex-Cowboys scouting director Larry Lacewell said of Lee as the 4-3 MIKE. "He's already great, but when you become a Mike, that means you're a whole-field player. In the 3-4, you're a half-the-field player a lot of times. It's just going to add to his greatness." It could also be a boon to Lee's IDP value. Carter should be a big factor, as well.
