Although 2012 fifth-rounder looked explosive on returns in preseason action, he was a non-factor in the regular season, averaging just 3.9 yards per on 26 carries and 4.3 yards per on 14 receptions. Similar to Dexter McCluster, Rainey simply lacks the size and power to force missed tackles at the NFL level.
