Brian Scott's team penalized at Richmond

Thomas Costello and Michael Scearce (No. 2 crew members) have each been fined $15,000 and suspended for the next four Nationwide Series events.
Both are on NASCAR probation until Dec. 31. The violation: "Involved in an altercation with another competitor after the race had concluded." No. 2 driver Brian Scott and his crew chief, Phil Gould, are on probation until June 26 for the on-track altercation between the No. 2 and Nelson Piquet Jr.'s No. 30 at Richmond International Raceway.
