Matt Kenseth won the Coors Light Pole Award for the 59th Annual Toyota Owners 400 with a lap of 20.716 seconds, 130.334 mph.
This is the No. 20 Toyota driver's 10th pole in 481 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races. It is his second pole and fifth top-10 start in 2013. It is his first pole in 27 races at Richmond International Raceway. Kenseth's qualifying speed set a track record previously held by Brian Vickers, set in May 2004 (129.983 mph).
