Chargers tab Colts' Tom Telesco as new GM

Chargers hired Colts VP of football operations Tom Telesco for their general manager position.
Telesco beat out in-house candidate Jimmy Raye. With the Colts since 1998, Telesco was promoted from director of player personnel to VP of football operations last February. His first task in San Diego will be finding a new head coach. Telesco's hiring will only ramp up speculation that the Bolts are eyeing Colts OC Bruce Arians to replace Norval Turner.
