Chase Elliott is fastest in Happy Hour for the Camping World Truck Series NC Education Lottery 200 at Rockingham Speedway.
At 142.812 mph in the No. 94 Chevrolet Silverado, he was the fastest of the 39 trucks out on the track for the final practice. No. 81 David Starr, No. 98 Johnny Sauter, No. 29 Ryan Blaney and No. 88 Matt Crafton were the rest of the top 5 on the speed chart. No. 10 Jennifer Jo Cobb was the slowest.
