ESPN New York's Adam Rubin writes that the Mets remain interested in re-signing Chris Young.
The Mets aren't going to replace R.A. Dickey in their starting rotation, but could look to re-sign Young on a one-year deal as a stopgap option. He posted a 4.15 ERA in 155 innings (20 starts) since returning from rotator cuff surgery this past season, and hasn't received any other known interest in free agency.
