Allen wants Wheeler, Carter back in 2013

SLB Philip Wheeler and DE Andre Carter are among the free agents coach Dennis Allen would like back in 2013.
It's no surprise that Allen wants Wheeler back, as he rivaled DL Lamarr Houston as the best player on Oakland's revamped defense. The 28-year-old may want to test the market after racking up career highs in tackles (109), sacks (3), forced fumbles (2), and passes defensed (6).
