According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns will be prepared to make Oregon coach Chip Kelly "an offer he can't refuse" if this weekend's interview goes well.
Browns CEO Joe Banner is prepared to move aggressively because he knows that Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie -- his former boss -- is hot on Kelly's trail as well. To maintain peak leverage, Kelly will want to meet with the Eagles and Bills before deciding whether Cleveland's offer is truly one he can't refuse. Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, Kelly will interview with Buffalo on Friday. The Plain Dealer expects the Browns' interview with Kelly to take place on the same day. According to the Sideline View's Adam Caplan, Kelly already has his eye on NFL assistants in preparation for an Oregon exit.
