Browns interview Whisenhunt; await Chip Kelly

ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports the Browns are interviewing Ken Whisenhunt regarding their head-coaching vacancy.
Browns brass is doing its due diligence out West, interviewing Whisenhunt and in-limbo Cardinals defensive coordinator Ray Horton in Arizona. The Browns have already satisfied the Rooney Rule with the Horton interview as they await top target Chip Kelly's Oregon team to wrap up the college bowl season. Oregon faces Kansas State in Thursday night's Fiesta Bowl. Whisenhunt and Horton appear to be fallback options in case Cleveland can't lure Kelly into the pros.
