It's perhaps the most concrete report about Reid and Arizona's courtship on a day filled with vagaries. Certain sources have done their best to tamp down speculation that a marriage between Reid and the Cardinals is imminent, but it's clear the sides have strong mutual interest. We wouldn't be surprised if Reid was officially hired as early as Wednesday, but the situation could easily drag out through the end of the week. Whenever it resolves, there's a greater than 50 percent chance Reid is heading west.
