Report: Bills 'hoping to meet' w/ Chip Kelly
Bills Offense - TM - Buffalo Bills
Jan. 1, 2013 - 8:45 PM ET

CBS' Jason La Canfora confirms the Bills are "hoping to meet" with Oregon coach Chip Kelly, but that there's a "growing sense" Kelly may remain with the Ducks.

La Canfora also confirms Buffalo is in the process of interviewing Ken Whisenhunt and Cardinals DC Ray Horton. The "growing sense" that Kelly may stay in school is conveniently timed, since it will only increase his already massive leverage. Reports that Kelly is as good as gone from the Pac 12 have been circulating for months, so we have a hard time believing he's suddenly getting cold feet. According to La Canfora, the Browns and Eagles are "also lining up to speak" with the read-option maestro, as expected.
