In 13 starts at Texas Motor Speedway, Paul Menard has a best start of fourth and best finish of fifth.
The Wisconsin native has completed 4,168 of 4,353 laps attempted (95.8 percent) at the 1.5-mile oval, leading two of them. The No. 27 Quaker State/Menards Chevrolet SS will sport a different look this weekend carrying a special paint scheme combination of Quaker State green and Menards yellow. In this race last year at TMS, Menard started 11th and after struggling with handling issues throughout the night, finished 18th under the lights.-Richard Childress Racing
