PHI to interview three ATL assistants for HC
Eagles Defense - TM - Philadelphia Eagles
Jan. 1, 2013 - 11:55 AM ET

Updating a previous item, the Eagles will interview Falcons OC Dirk Koetter, DC Mike Nolan, and special teams coordinator Keith Armstrong for their head-coaching vacancy on Wednesday.

FOX Sports' Jay Glazer initially reported that the Eagles would interview Nolan on Friday, but he took it a step further and said Philadelphia brass will travel to Atlanta and give all three assistants a look-see. Nolan is the only one of the three to have prior NFL head-coaching experience. Teams searching for head coaches can interview assistants with the Falcons, Patriots, Broncos, and 49ers this week due to all four teams earning a first-round bye for the playoffs.
