Munchak: We need Locker to develop

Coach Mike Munchak stood behind Jake Locker at Monday's year-ending presser, saying the Titans will work to find an offensive coordinator and QBs coach capable of helping Locker "develop."
Munchak didn't rule out the possibility of Tom Moore coordinating the Titans' 2013 offense with Dowell Loggains returning to quarterbacks coach. It sounds like Tennessee is standing behind Locker as its starter for next season despite his disappointing 2012 campaign and an offseason that may be mostly lost due to left shoulder surgery. Locker is still due back by training camp.
