Bills TE Scott Chandler will undergo surgery to repair his torn ACL next week.
Coming off major knee surgery and losing Chan Gailey, who turned his career around in Buffalo's spread offense, Chandler's future is murky with an offseason roster bonus of $300,000 coming due. He's also owed a $2.05 million salary. He tore the ACL on December 23 and will be questionable for training camp.
