Delanie Walker caught two passes for 50 yards in the 49ers' win over the Cardinals in Week 17.

Walker tied for second on the team with four targets along with Randy Moss behind Michael Crabtree's 13. The No. 2 tight end in San Francisco caught 21 passes for a career-high 344 yards and three touchdowns in 2012. He'll remain a fixture on offense for the No. 2 seed Niners in the playoffs.
