Reggie Bush was held to 26 yards on eight carries and caught two passes for 23 yards in the Dolphins' Week 17 loss to New England.
Bush finishes his contract season with 942 yards and six touchdowns on 227 carries (4.15 YPC), adding 35 receptions. The Dolphins know Bush isn't a true feature back -- they acknowledged as much by putting him in a midseason timeshare with Daniel Thomas -- and are unlikely to overpay him before Bush hits the open market. Bush turns 28 in March. He's likely to be met by a considerably softer market than he expects when free agency opens.
