According to the Nashville Tennessean, the Titans will not fire head coach Mike Munchak this offseason.
"They're going to keep [Munchak]. Get used to it," says David Climer of the Tennessean. The basis for Climer's argument is that owner Bud Adams, 90, is simply too old to go through a rebuilding process just two years after he handed the keys to the car to Munchak. The Titans are 5-10 heading into Sunday's game against the Jaguars, and they are coming off a 55-7 embarrassing, blowout loss to the Packers in Week 16. Munchak's contract runs through 2014, but his assistants' deals expire after 2013. So, changes are expected to be made from the coordinators and on down.
