Michael Young to suit up for Mexico in WBC?

Team Mexico has listed Michael Young as a potential candidate for its World Baseball Classic roster.
Young hasn't committed yet to anything, but he's eligible to play for Mexico because his mother is of Mexican descent and it's not like he'd have a chance of cracking the starting lineup on Team USA. So the idea does make some sense. Though the Phillies, who just traded for the fading 36-year-old third baseman, might object.
