Austin Dillon leads lone Nationwide practice

Austin Dillon led the only practice session for the Nationwide Series Royal Purple 300 at Auto Club Speedway.
His lap of 176.783 mph in the No. 3 Chevrolet Camaro was the quickest of the 42 cars running in this session. No. 32 Kyle Larson, No. 11 Elliott Sadler, No. 31 Justin Allgaier and No. 12 Sam Hornish Jr. were the rest of the top 5 on the speed chart. No. 74 Mike Harmon was the slowest.
