Phillies, Lannan agree to one-yr, $2.5M deal

Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly.com reports the Phillies have signed John Lannan to a one-year, $2.5 million contract, pending a physical.
Financial details were reported by Jon Heyman of CBS Sports. Lannan, who was non-tendered by the Nationals last month, can earn an additional $2.5 million through performance-based incentives. He'll open 2013 as the top candidate to replace the spot vacated by Vance Worley in the Phillies' rotation.
