Rashad Jennings hasn't passes tests yet

Rashad Jennings has not passed his concussion tests.

Jennings sustained his concussion during Week 13 and still does not appear close to a return. With Maurice Jones-Drew (foot) almost certainly out again and Jalen Parmele (groin) on injured reserve, Montell Owens will make another start against the Dolphins. Despite missing time while cramping, he rushed 14 times for 91 yards with a touchdown last week.
