Redskins OC Kyle Shanahan noticed a difference in Pierre Garcon's (foot) running on the field before last week's game versus the Giants.
"When he's more confident, he comes off the ball, he uses his speed," said Shanahan. "He's more confident to break down at full speed." A semi-healthy Garcon is the only receiver on the roster capable of consistently separating from defensive backs and making big plays after the catch. The Redskins are 5-1 with Garcon in the lineup compared to 1-5 when he sits out.
