Cecil Shorts misses 3rd consecutive practice

Cecil Shorts (concussion) missed this third consecutive practice on Friday.
Shorts passed his baseline test on Monday, but was still experience symptoms at mid-week. At this point, fantasy owners can't rely on him as a Week 14 option versus the Jets. No Jaguars player this season has missed Friday's practice and gone on to play on Sunday. With Antonio Cromartie shadowing Justin Blackmon, look for Marcedes Lewis to take on a bigger role. Kevin Elliott and Jordan Shipley are candidates for increased snaps with Shorts' status in doubt.
