Harvick best 10-laps in 1st Cup practice

Kevin Harvick had the best 10-lap consecutive average speed in the first practice for the Sprint Cup Kobalt Tools 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
His average of 184.799 mph in the No. 29 Chevrolet was best of the six cars that ran 10 consecutive laps on the track for this session. No. 48 Jimmie Johnson (183.081 mph), No. 17 Ricky Stenhouse Jr. (182.163), No. 16 Greg Biffle (181.753), No. 13 Casey Mears (181.500) and No. 31 Jeff Burton (181.041) were the rest on this list.
