Cody Ross hasn't talked to Red Sox

Scott Lauber of the Boston Herald reports that the Red Sox have not had any contact with Cody Ross since news of the agreement with Shane Victorino broke.
If the Red Sox wind up trading Jacoby Ellsbury, then Ross will be back on their radar. If they don't, he's not going to re-sign. Ross is thought to be seeking a three-year deal worth close to $25 million and is drawing interest from the Yankees and Phillies, among other clubs.
