Roethlisberger practices in full Wednesday

Ben Roethlisberger (shoulder) was officially a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
Coach Mike Tomlin said earlier in the day that Roethlisberger "made all the necessary throws," and showed "good velocity." Barring a setback, Roethlisberger will return against the Chargers, and can be counted on as a low-end QB1 for Week 14. His status will be updated Thursday.
