Chris Kelsay lands on IR

Bills placed DE Chris Kelsay (neck) on injured reserve, ending his season.
Kelsay aggravated the torn ligament in his neck during Week 12. The ten-year veteran was turned into a rotational end this season thanks to the Bills' revamped front seven. He finishes with just two sacks and a career-low 14 tackles in nine games. Kelsay's on-field production isn't worth the $3.725 million he's owed in 2013.
