Brian Davis wrapped up his week at the Memorial with a 2-under-par 36-34=70, picking up his second top 10 of the season at 4-under 284.
After a couple of early bogeys, Davis was nothing more than an afterthought for the tournament. Something woke him up, as he circled five birdies in a nine-hole span beginning with the par-5 seventh. He was unable to save par at the 18th hole, failing to convert a 12'7" par save. He had an excellent week with the putter, gaining over four strokes on the field in the final round and ranking inside the top 10 for the week in SGP.
