Despite Ryan Broyles' right ACL tear, coach Jim Schwartz confirmed Monday that Titus Young is not under consideration to replace Broyles in the lineup.
"I certainly believe in second chances," Schwartz allowed. "But you need to make the most of the opportunities you have. In this case, that didn't happen." It sounds like the Lions have moved on from Young entirely, at least for the remainder of 2012. Mike Thomas will be Detroit's No. 2 wideout going forward.
