Earnhardt Jr.'s crew chief wins Moog award

Steve Letarte, crew chief on the No. 88 Chevrolet driven by Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the Sprint Cup Subway Fresh Fit 500(k) at Phoenix International Raceway wins the Moog Problem Solver of the Race award.
The award goes to the crew chief that improves the most from first half of the race to the second half utilizing the 40 best lap times (improved 0.117 seconds). Earnhardt started the race in 21st position and finished in fifth. He is currently second in the 2013 Sprint Cup point standings.
