Rangers 'have not given up' on Justin Upton

FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal reports that the Rangers "have not given up" on trading for Justin Upton.
But the Diamondbacks are still insisting on getting Elvis Andrus or Jurickson Profar in return, and the Rangers don't want to trade either young shortstop. Perhaps these talks will be reopened if Texas can't re-sign Josh Hamilton. Upton, 25, hit .280/.355/.430 with 17 homers, 18 steals and 67 RBI in 150 games this year for Arizona.
