FOX Sports' Jon Morosi reports that the Reds are interested in Dexter Fowler.
Fowler isn't being shopped, but the Rockies are listening to offers. Morosi writes that Homer Bailey could be part of a potential deal between the two teams, and that talks could be helped by the fact that both players earn comparable salaries. ESPN's Jerry Crasnick was told by a source that the asking price for Fowler is "sky high," so he remains far from guaranteed to be traded. The Reds are considering a number of free agent alternatives for their outfield, including Ryan Ludwick and Cody Ross.
