Daryl Harr, from Alberta, Canada, will step into the No. 4 Chevy with backing from iWorld, taking over for Danny Efland who had a strong run at Daytona.
Harr is no stranger to Phoenix, having completed both races out west for Johnny Davis last year. He will be joining Mike Wallace, driver of the No. 01 Chevrolet. Both cars are looking for strong runs to boost their position in the all-important points race.
