Royal still not practicing for Chargers

Eddie Royal (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday.
Royal has been dealing with the hammy issue for the past month or so, and he doesn't seem like he'll be ready for Week 13. After getting a three-year, $13.5 million deal in the offseason, Royal has caught just 16 passes for 134 yards and a score. The Bolts just claimed Micheal Spurlock on waivers today, and he's essentially the same player.
