Danica Patrick top ROTY in Daytona 500

Danica Patrick is the top rookie finisher in the Sprint Cup Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway.
The No. 10 Chevrolet SS driver started on the pole and finished eighth. She is the first female driver to score a top-10 finish in the Daytona 500. She was named the "Rookie of the Race". The only other ROTY in the event was Ricky Stenhouse Jr. (finished 12th). Patrick is currently seventh in the 2013 point standings.
