Fred Jackson played on 32 snaps in Sunday's loss to the Colts while C.J. Spiller was in for 29.
Don't be fooled by the playing time here. Jackson didn't start and stayed in to block on 12 of his snaps, leading to a meager seven touches. Meanwhile, Spiller blocked on just four of his snaps and got 15 touches. The Bills have wisely made it a point to give the more explosive Spiller the majority of chances with the rock in his hands. Even against the Jags' No. 29 defense, Jackson will be a desperation play only in Week 13.
