Reid confirms Brown will start with McCoy out
Bryce Brown - RB - Philadelphia Eagles
Nov. 24, 2012 - 1:50 PM ET

Eagles head coach Andy Reid confirmed that Bryce Brown will start on Monday night against the Panthers with LeSean McCoy (concussion) out.

Philadelphia beat writers and OC Marty Mornhinweg had confirmed as much during the week, but it's always good to hear it from the top dog's mouth. Dion Lewis will work in as the change-of-pace back. Brown currently comes in as Rotoworld's No. 14 running back for Week 12 and could approach RB1 territory against a bottom-10 fantasy run defense. We'd expect the Eagles to lean more on Brown than fellow rookie QB Nick Foles.
