NT Jay Ratliff is inactive. LT Tyron Smith is active, but will only come off the bench in the event of an injury. Jermey Parnell is starting at left tackle. Fragile Felix is active, but nursing soreness in both knees, he's expected to cede snaps and touches to Lance Dunbar and Phillip Tanner. He's a low-end flex play. If you're looking for a deep-league hail mary, Dunbar is a much better play than Tanner. Inactive for the Cowboys are RB DeMarco Murray, WR Kevin Ogletree, C Phil Costa, DL Sean Lissemore, CB Vince Agnew and C Ryan Cook. Dwayne Harris will slide in as the No. 3 receiver.
